I was trying to make phone call to Moscow,Russia and it did not work last 3 months.I dial 011-7-495 + phone number and line is busy within last 3 months.What's wrong with that? I called to local number #00 and talked to operator who was trying to make line connection for me,but it did not work either. I heard that Moscow has 11 digits home phone numbers,but no results yet. I need some tips, Thanks
